If you have a problem with your Parker NitroFlow Nitrogen generator, one of our technicians may ask you to provided instrument readings so that they can diagnose the fault.

• Touch settings menu button in the main screen

• Touch maintenance menu button in settings screen

• Use the down navigation to move to screen 3/5

• Record the value for temperature, pressures and oxygen level.

• Report these value to us via the support ticket that you have been given
